Balasen has adequate painting equipment and capability; we can do maximum three layers of coating per client requirement. it includes primer, intermediate and final coat. the nominal thickness is 320 um, with good adhesion capability.
Before painting,balasen have strong capability for shoot blasting, as well as relevant inspections including roughness test, cleanliness test and dust test, also we have WFT inspection during painting and DFT inspection after painting.
The painting brand we used like jotun, however we can use other different international brand per client request.
we also have dry room for painting to allow quick dry, reduce the painting process lead time.
We can fulfill C4 and C5 painting quality level per client need.
